Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the AllBoards mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use AllBoards.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AllBoards application ("App"), operated by AllBoards ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using any feature of the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms.
AllBoards provides real-time flight tracking, airport departure and arrival boards, ML-based delay predictions, door-to-door journey planning, and related features. The App is available on iOS devices and is provided free of charge.
We use the following third-party APIs to power the service:
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information from these providers is complete, current, or error-free.
AllBoards is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, premium tiers, or any other charges. We do not display advertisements of any kind within the App, and your usage data is never shared with or sold to advertising networks.
You may use AllBoards without an account, but some features — including syncing favourites and tracked flights across devices — require a free account. You can register using:

All content within AllBoards — including the design, graphics, code, ML models, and copy — is owned by AllBoards and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Third-party flight data remains the property of the respective data providers.
AllBoards displays flight information for informational purposes only. All data — including flight status, schedules, delay predictions, weather, and traffic — is sourced from third-party API providers (Aviation Edge, OpenWeather, TomTom, and others). The accuracy of this data depends entirely on these providers and may vary; typical accuracy is approximately 90% or less under normal conditions and may be lower during disruptions or data outages.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any flight data, delay predictions, or journey estimates. AllBoards accepts no responsibility or liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies originating from third-party data providers. You should always verify critical travel information directly with airlines and airports before making any travel decisions.
When you track a flight, AllBoards may send push notifications about gate changes, delays, boarding status, and landing. Notification delivery depends on your device settings and network connectivity. We do not guarantee delivery of all notifications.
Certain features of AllBoards — including calendar export, ETA sharing, and watchlist — interact with third-party services on your device (e.g. Apple Calendar). Use of these integrations is subject to the terms of those services. AllBoards is not responsible for issues arising from third-party integrations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllBoards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed flights, travel disruption, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free app, is zero).
AllBoards is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without notice or liability. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of AllBoards after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
